Job description

We’re hiring a Viennoiserie Baker

* Is your dream job making pastries?

* Do you share a passion for lamination?

* Would you like to work with some of the best ingredients around?

* Do you pride yourself in making the best croissant possible?

If the answer is “yes” then do drop us a line as we’re currently hiring for a Viennoiserie Baker - full or part time candidates considered, previous experience working with laminated/enriched doughs a must.

Based in the heart of Kent, our ethos is about using the best natural, locally sourced (where possible) ingredients we can find.

We use traditional baking methods and techniques and make everything from scratch in our open plan bakery.

We are a small team of foodies with a very hands on approach where you’d have the opportunity to work on our vast range of viennoiserie including croissant doughs, brioche and lots more!

We’re looking for someone who can hit the ground running with an expertise in laminated doughs and a real passion and love of making great pastries. If that sounds like you please get in touch.
