Job description

Are you passionate about coffee, sustainability and customer service? Do you enjoy working as part of a team who are passionate about what they do?

We are on the lookout for an energetic individual to help manage our FOH team at e5 Bakehouse in Hackney. We're looking for someone who has a good level of barista experience, experience in a management role, excellent communication skills and a genuine passion for customer service to join our team. Your main role is to support the team throughout the daily running of the FOH operation by delegating daily tasks, taking deliveries, providing great customer service, monitoring checklists, ...This role is split between two other colleagues over different shifts whilst working closely together with our front of house manager.

A hearty lunch and drinks will be provided on shift and staff discounts in the shop are just some of the perks of the job!
