Job description
HCGA is looking to hire a new Contracts Manager
HCGA manages a number of commercial contracts on behalf of local companies and the local authorities. These fees based contracts assist local companies fulfilling their CSE commitments and also support our charitable projects.
We require a contracts manager with a horticultural qualification to develop and maintain relationships with clients and ensure delivery of contracted services to a high standard. This includes personally, and through team management, maintaining gardens and green spaces. This position requires a a current driving licence and a willingness to drive the Association’s vehicle. The post is subject to references and an enhanced DBS check.

Hammersmith Community Gardens Association is an environmental charity set up in 1984, we manage four community gardens in Hammersmith and Fulham. HCGA has a range of projects which include conservation training schemes, volunteer gardening sessions, health and wellbeing projects, environmental play schemes and environmental education in local schools. We promote environmental sustainability within the borough and manage our sites to maximise biodiversity and encourage wildlife.
