Job description

Hours: Part time, 22.5 hours per week (0.6 FTE)

To support our fundraising growth, we have identified an opportunity for a Community Fundraising role. This role will drive income from community fundraising across the country, ranging from rotary clubs, university RAGs, schools etc. It will also involve encouraging and supporting local fundraising initiatives by FoodCycle volunteers, and participation in sponsored challenge events such as marathons, bike rides etc.

This role will suit a self-starter who enjoys establishing community connections, seeking out and supporting grassroots activities. You will thrive on engaging with different stakeholders to raise money and profile for FoodCycle. You will have experience of community fundraising, as well as event planning and delivery. You will have excellent verbal communication skills and confidence to give presentations.

As this is a hybrid role, you will need to live within a commutable distance of Vauxhall, London.

Interview process: Shortlisted candidates will need to prepare a presentation to deliver at interview.
