Job description

The role overview

As a Barista at Origin Coffee, you will be an integral part of the team, providing exceptional coffee and customer service. You will become part of the barista team and support the General Manager in creating a welcoming atmosphere and upholding Origin's commitment to quality and excellence. Your role will involve preparing and serving coffee, maintaining the café’s cleanliness, and contributing to a positive team environment.

This role offers the flexibility to be either full-time or part-time.

Person Specification

To be successful in this role, these are things that matter the most:

• Passionate about speciality coffee and committed to delivering exceptional customer service.

Skills and Experience

• Previous experience in a café or hospitality setting
• Knowledge of coffee preparation techniques and equipment.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
