We are seeking an experienced and passionate individual to lead our skilled, friendly team at the Angel Bakery in Abergavenny, Monmouthshire. This is a pivotal position in the business which involves a high level of expertise in people management and communication and a commitment to maintaining excellence in both quality, efficiency and sustainability of bakery production for our wholesale and retail lines.

We supply our local community in Abergavenny and our wholesale customers further afield with delicious bread and pastries, consistently made to high standards using carefully-sourced, quality ingredients. We believe in doing things properly - following traditional methods, using authentic recipes, ethical suppliers and seasonal ingredients. We support our staff with ongoing training and offer managerial mentoring as well as a budget for continuing professional development, and we invest in staff well-being and job perks. We can also offer temporary accommodation to support relocation.
