Job description

We’re seeking an experienced Co-Head Grower to join Sutton Community Farm. This role combines hands-on organic growing with teaching, team leadership and community engagement.

Hours: 4 days/week 

Expected start: February/March 2025

Key Responsibilities at a Glance

  • Lead organic production across 7 acres (field, polytunnels, and agroforestry)
  • Co-manage Growing Team, including trainees and volunteers
  • Plan and forecast crop production
  • Coordinate produce sales (£70-90k annual value)
  • Deliver training programs and community engagement
