Job description

We grow super nutrient rich microgreens with organic soil and organic seeds in order to feed children and their families low GHG emissions fresh, nourishing and delicious food all year round,

As well as selling microgreens as fresh vegetables,we also incorporate microgreens into our everyday food products that we sell like hummus and pesto.so our growing operation is crucial to our whole business.

We are looking for someone to take on our growing operation which includes sowing all the greens, maintainance and harvesting ready for our farmers markets or for our food production. Hours can be flexible and at the moment would be part time  (approx 8 - 10 hours) but could increase if our sales grow. We are happy to train so no experience is required

We are looking for someone who cares about our food system and the food we feed ourselves and our children.  We are trying to create products that are affordable, attractive to those who usually dont tend to eat veggies and dont damage our planet and we are excited about our range.  We have won a Great Taste Award and are Swiss Re entrepreneurs of the year. have a great following at our Farmers Markets and hope that we can improve the range of truly nutritious foods available to our children and their families

This role can be taken on as an employee.  Alternatively, if you are a budding entrepreneur, we would like to offer the opportunity to run the growing operation as a business of your own.  We are keen to incubate a passionate good food advocate by providing all the equipment and supplies at no cost and Greens Made Easy as your first and good sized customer. This would be a 'ready-made' business opportunity with very low risk.
