Job description
Pandy Farm has an opening for keen horticulturalist to join the team from March 2025. Initally the job is a six month placement, but with the possibility of extending into winter.
The work includes helping to coordinate our three-acre market gardens (working with a five-year crop-rotation cycle), soft fruits patch, polytunnel and farm shop (currently being refurbished),
The role is flexible and the wage rate is be dependent on skill and experience. You will be working as part of a team but the ability to work independently is essential.
