Job description

folx farm is a five acre farm located between Hastings and Rye, growing organically raised salad, herbs and vegetables - lovingly tended by a team of dedicated women and non-binary growers. Our farming practices prioritise our soil and ecosystem health to yield an abundance of deliciously healthy produce.

As we move into our third season and having started a community food growing project, we are looking for new growers to join us on the journey.

There is no job spec as such, we’re flexible and we would like to hear from anyone interested in the role, however there are a few requirements that we have…

  • Available to work between 1-3 days a week
  • At least 2 years growing experience in a commercial setting (at any level) 
  • Is a careerist food grower, serious about growing for the long term and developing your knowledge and skills
  • Everything else is up for negotiation
