Job description
folx farm is a five acre farm located between Hastings and Rye, growing organically raised salad, herbs and vegetables - lovingly tended by a team of dedicated women and non-binary growers. Our farming practices prioritise our soil and ecosystem health to yield an abundance of deliciously healthy produce.
As we move into our third season and having started a community food growing project, we are looking for new growers to join us on the journey.

Whilst anyone can apply for this role, we are looking for someone whose values reflect ours. Someone who wants to work at a farm rooted in social justice and who is actively working towards building an inclusive and reparative food system.
