Job description

We're looking for a kind person who likes people and creating food that's special.

We're a young artisan bakery and cafe set up alongside an independent bookshop in an established YHA Partner youth hostel.

It's a live-in position in a recently renovated 1 bedroom flat.

The buiding is Grade 2 Listed in a lovely village within the Peak District National Park.

A full time 35 hour per week permanent position or possibly part time if fewer hours are preferred.

You will need to be experienced in a commercial kitchen, energetic and wanting to create something special.

We wish to cook simple quality food early evening for our hostel guests complementing our existing bakery and cafe which closes at 2pm.

This is a really flexible role possibly including being the main host for our hostel guests and providing holiday cover for our bakery / cafe.

Core hours are expected to be 5pm to 9pm.
