Job description
Role Purpose
The aim of this role is to strengthen and enhance our joint communications and fundraising efforts. This includes sourcing compelling content from the team that highlights The Orchard Project’s impact and encourages deeper connection with our supporters.
In this role, you will play a key part in helping to amplify the voice of The Orchard Project across social media, our website, and other channels. You will also support individual giving, donor stewardship, and digital fundraising initiatives, working closely with both the Communications Manager and the Head of Fundraising to ensure seamless coordination of communications and fundraising efforts across the organisation.
Key activity responsibilities
Communications & Marketing (estimated to be 60%) Create engaging content for social media, our website, and other channels, working with the Communications Manager
Fundraising support (estimated to be 40%)
Working alongside the Head of Fundraising, develop and implement a plan for growing and retaining our individual giving donor network
