Job description
The Community Farm is a 14-acre organic horticultural farm with both field-scale and market garden growing systems and five polytunnels. We grow a wide range of organic vegetables for our home-delivery veg box scheme and our wholesale customers.
As Seasonal Grower you will work as part of the land-based team at The Community Farm on all horticultural tasks including harvesting, packing, planting, weeding and seed sowing during the busiest months of the growing season.

We grow and sell locally-sourced, organic and seasonal produce. Working with organic producers and local farmers, our box delivery service supplies hundreds of homes throughout Bath, Bristol, The Chew Valley, Frome and Weston-Super-Mare. We’ve outlets in Bath, Chew Magna and Southmead Hospital too.
