We’re an award-winning producer of artisan cheese, crafted with care using the milk from our own herd of Brown Swiss cows. Our commitment to animal welfare and climate-sensitive farming is at the heart of everything we do. Powered by green energy (biogas and solar), our farm produces 30-35 tonnes of exceptional hard and soft cheeses annually, using 7,000 litres of milk each week.

Your Role:

As the Food Production Technical and Quality Manager, you’ll be instrumental in maintaining the high standards that have made our cheese award-winning. You’ll oversee and refine production systems, ensuring compliance with regulations while upholding the integrity and flavour of our product.

We are farmers, about 500 acres, with a dairy herd . anaerobic digestor and a cheeseroom producing artisan cheese near to Wells next the Sea in North Norfolk. We are committed to a more sustainable future and regenerative methods. Forage-fed Brown swiss cows, anaerobic digestion to yield electricity to grid, using strip till and cover crops to protect soil. We aim to demonstrate good farming practice to anyone who will come and listen. We love our soil.
