Job description
Person required to care for a milk 110 Brown Swiss cows in North Norfolk at a Herringbone parlour.
Team of two to share milking rota and additional help from arable staff to cover feeding and cleaning.
Based on the North Norfolk coast. 1 hour to Norwich or 2.5 hours to London.
We practice regenerative farming. We are fueled by an anerobic digester and a rooftop solar array.

We are farmers, about 500 acres, with a dairy herd . anaerobic digestor and a cheeseroom producing artisan cheese near to Wells next the Sea in North Norfolk. We are committed to a more sustainable future and regenerative methods. Forage-fed Brown swiss cows, anaerobic digestion to yield electricity to grid, using strip till and cover crops to protect soil. We aim to demonstrate good farming practice to anyone who will come and listen. We love our soil.
