Are you a visionary chef with a passion for organic, wholefoods, fermentation, sustainability, and bold, seasonal flavours? Do you love working with wild and foraged ingredients, kombucha, lacto ferments, fungi, and more?

Wild IS Earth (WISE) is offering an exciting kitchen partnership opportunity for a driven, entrepreneurial chef who wants to co-create and manage their own kitchen space in alignment with our ethos.

As a kombucha microbrewery, Wild IS Earth attracts customers who value organic, sustainable, and plant-based products. The space has deep community roots, it was originally a family-owned Italian patisserie for 36 years, and as the eldest daughter of that business, I want to bring this venture forward for the next generation. I’m looking for a business collaboration who shares my vision for a healthier, more sustainable future.

The Opportunity

I am looking for a dedicated chef to take full ownership of the daily kitchen operations, while I focus on kombucha production and events. This will be a true partnership, where we share space, values, and creative input to build something unique together.

Wild IS Earth is not just a microbrewery—it is a movement. Our ethos is rooted in organic, plant-based, low-waste, and community-driven food experiences. As we transition to full-time openingafter our one-year anniversary on May 17th, I am seeking a chef who shares my passion for:

✔ Seasonal, wholefood-based menus

✔ Sustainable and low-waste cooking

✔ Fermentation-forward techniques (kombucha, koji, miso, sourdough, lacto-ferments)

✔ Creative and innovative food concepts

✔ Community-driven dining experiences

Your Role as Kitchen Partner

  • Take full ownership of the kitchen’s daily operations while collaborating with me on food concepts.
  • Develop a dynamic, seasonal, and plant-forward menu that complements Wild IS Earth’s ethos.
  • Work alongside kombucha brewing and fermentation processes, integrating them into the food offering.
  • Manage all aspects of the kitchen, including sourcing, prep, staffing, hygiene, and sustainability practices.
  • Be available for event catering and special dining experiences, where we push creative boundaries with fermentation-inspired menus.
