Are you passionate about fermentation, wild flavours, and sustainable drink-making? Do you love crafting cocktails with foraged, seasonal, and fermented ingredients?
Wild IS Earth (WISE) is looking for creative and nature-driven bartenders to join our kombucha microbrewery in Kentish Town, London. As we approach our first anniversary in May, we’re expanding our team to bring our low-waste, fermentation-forward bar to life.
You’ll be part of a team developing bold, kombucha-based cocktails, using seasonal, foraged, and locally sourced ingredients. Whether you’re a bartender, mixologist, forager, homebrewer, or fermentation enthusiast, this is an opportunity to experiment, innovate, and shape a unique drinks menu.
As a kombucha microbrewery, Wild IS Earth attracts customers who value organic, sustainable, and plant-based products. The space has deep community roots, it was originally a family-owned Italian patisserie for 36 years, and as the eldest daughter of that business, I want to bring this venture forward for the next generation. I’m looking for people who share my vision for a healthier, more sustainable future.

Who We're Looking For
We’re looking for creative, sustainability-focused bartenders who love working with fermentation, wild ingredients, and experimental flavours. If you’ve worked in pop-up cocktail bars, developed wild syrups, brewed your own drinks, or led foraging trips, we’d love to hear from you!
Essential Skills & Experience:
✔ Cocktail Creation & Flavour Innovation – Confident in crafting drinks from scratch and balancing complex flavours.
✔ Fermentation Knowledge – Experience brewing kombucha, kefir, mead, beer, or natural wine is a plus.
✔ Foraging & Preservation – Comfortable working with wild ingredients, syrups, shrubs, infusions, and fermented garnishes.
✔ Sustainability-Focused – Passionate about low-waste cocktail methods and creative upcycling of ingredients.
✔ Bar & Event Experience – Comfortable managing a bar, working efficiently under pressure, and engaging with customers.
✔ Self-Motivated & Experimental – Excited to research, develop, and test new ideas for our evolving drinks programme.
✔ Reliability & Teamwork – Works well independently and as part of a small, innovative team.
✔ Availability for Event Shifts – Flexible scheduling, with shifts planned monthly.
✔ Meticulous Cleanliness & Organisation – Keeps the bar spotless and running smoothly.
