Exciting Partnership Opportunity – Coffee Bar at Wild IS Earth

Are you a passionate hospitality professional looking to build and run your own organic speciality coffee bar? Wild IS Earth Microbrewery is seeking a dedicated operations partner with investment and vision to establish a health-focused, organic coffee bar in our vibrant Kentish Town space.

The Opportunity

I already have a roastery in mind, 'Exhale Coffee', a growing brand specialising in organic coffee with scientifically backed health benefits, which I’ve personally experienced. Their ethos of sustainability and wellness aligns perfectly with Wild IS Earth.

Now, I’m looking for the right person to take full operational control of the coffee bar, bringing both passion and financial investment to help build something truly unique from scratch.

As a kombucha microbrewery, Wild IS Earth attracts customers who value organic, sustainable, and plant-based products. The space has deep community roots, it was originally a family-owned Italian patisserie for 36 years, and as the eldest daughter of that business, I want to bring this venture forward for the next generation. I’m looking for a business partner who shares my vision for a healthier, more sustainable future.

What You’ll Be Responsible For:

• Full day-to-day operations, including staffing, service, and stock management.
• Maintaining the plant-based, organic ethos while curating a unique menu.
• Bringing investment and business acumen to help launch and grow the venture.
• Supervising staff and ensuring a strong presence during opening hours.
• Creating a distinctive, experience-driven coffee space that aligns with Wild IS Earth’s identity.
