Role: Finance Manager
Contract: Part-time, permanent contract
Salary: £32,000 to £38,000 FTE. Commensurate with experience.

We are looking for an organised and experienced Finance Manager to join the team at Good Small Farms. The permanent role is part-time with flexible working hours and is on-site at the farm in Stroud.
Overview of the Role:
The Financial Manager is responsible for the oversight of the financial picture presented by Good Small Farms and evolution of the financial reporting in order to achieve the strategic goals of the company. You will report to the farm manager, coordinate regularly with the heads of the individual farming enterprises, oversee the activities of the bookkeeping support, and work with the external accountants as required.

About Good Small Farms Ltd
We are a mixed regenerative 100 acre farm: Organic, B Corp and PFL certified. We grow vegetables, have a beef herd, layer chickens, a tree nursery, fruit and nut orchard and rent out the farmhouse.
