🌿 Now Hiring: Cocktail Bar Staff for Alcohol-Free Functional Bar in Shoreditch 🌿

Opening Night: April 30th £14/hour | Thurs–Sat | 5PM–10PM | Potential for Promotion by June

Launching this spring in the heart of Shoreditch, our alcohol-free cocktail bar is powered by mood enhancing plants. We're talking handcrafted bitters, house-made 0% amari, foraged ingredients, and functional herbal elixirs that lift you up, instead of knocking you down.

We’re on the hunt for passionate, creative, and charismatic bar staff who:

  • Have solid cocktail-making skills and hospitality experience
  • Are excited to learn about the effects of herbal medicine (training provided by a qualified medical herbalist)
  • Can handle small plates service confidently, including a fryer and grill
  • Are comfortable being in front of the camera, think cocktail reels, funny skits, behind-the-scenes content
  • Have a great sense of humour (comedians and extroverts, we see you)

Bonus points if you:

  • Love foraging, wildcrafting or herbal medicine  
  • Have experience making amari, vermouths or non-alcoholic tinctures  
  • Can improvise a cocktail and a punchline on the spot  

The bar will be open Thurs–Sat evenings to start, with additional days added as we grow. A Manager role will be available in June for standout performers who bring leadership, flair, and serious functional mixology vibes to the space.

Headed by medical herbalist Karma Campbell, we run events cocktail bars, make botanical elixirs, 0% RTD cocktails and are now launching our first brick and mortar location in Shoreditch.
