Job description
Hillcombe Farm, currently 60 acres, is located just outside Ilminster. We have a herd of 32 Devon Red cattle plus calves which have a Biobest HiHealth Herd status, a small flock of Hampshire Down sheep (x17) and an over enthusiastic Collie.
The cattle are raised to supply our restaurant and so the emphasis is on the eating quality of the beef. All animals are pedigree.
Our aim is to farm in accordance with modern regenerative practices with the following key objectives:

We are looking for an enthusiastic, innovative and thoughtful individual keen to promote regenerative practices. The successful candidate will be given a high degree of responsibility and autonomy to run the farm and will take an important role in setting the future direction of the farm business. Relevant experience and a clean driving licence would be required. Salary dependent on experience.
