Job description
We’re looking for a dynamic and ambitious fundraiser to drive the growth of our Individual Giving programme and build a strong pipeline of support from individual donors. You’ll lead innovative campaigns to engage supporters, inspire generosity, and secure vital donations to sustain and grow our impact. This is an exciting opportunity to shape creative fundraising strategies, strengthen donor relationships, and ensure a smooth and engaging donor journey

This exciting role puts you at the heart of developing innovative campaigns, inspiring generosity, and building a strong pipeline of donor support. You’ll have the opportunity to shape creative fundraising strategies that engage supporters and secure vital donations to sustain and grow our impact.
This role is perfect for someone who thrives on planning and executing successful campaigns, can translate data into compelling stories that inspire giving, and enjoys building meaningful connections with supporters.
You will play a key part in managing a smooth and engaging donor journey, ensuring supporters feel valued and connected to our mission. Joining a dynamic and supportive team within a values-led organisation, you will make a strong contribution to our culture of inclusivity, respect, and shared purpose as we work to prevent food waste and support vulnerable communities across Sussex and Surrey.
