Live-In Opportunity | Vegetarian Guesthouse | Near Ambleside, Lake District

Are you a friendly, hard-working individual who enjoys working in a peaceful, nature-filled environment? Do you love a healthy lifestyle and appreciate the beauty of the Lake District? We might just be the perfect fit!

At Yewfield, we’re a small, close-knit team dedicated to creating a warm, welcoming environment for our guests. We host yoga retreats, provide a calm space for rest, and offer delicious, healthy vegetarian meals. Our team is looking for someone who is adaptable, enjoys varied tasks, and is a team player. This job is seasonal from March to December and offers a great work/life balance or opportunity to travel enjoying a 3 months break over winter. 

We’re looking for someone who:

🌱 Has a passion for healthy living and a love for nature

💪 Enjoys being hands-on with a range of tasks such as cooking, waiting, housekeeping. 

💬 Communicates well, is approachable, and enjoys working with others

🌟 Brings positivity, kindness, and a good sense of humour to the team

About Yewfield Vegetarian Guest House

We have been operating as a Vegetarian Guest House for over 30 years. We are situated in an extremely peaceful and tranquil 80 acres of gardens, just a 10 minute walk to Tarn Hows in the Heart of The Lake District National Park. Our gardeners have tended the grounds mindful of biodiversity and ecological environmental practices for over 30 years. The main stay of our business had become facilitating retreats, most weekends are booked by organisers to run their yoga and mindfulness retreats.
